This year I have the same teacher as last year but this teacher is my favorite teacher. He seems wise and fun - yay!

Did I tell you I got elected as vice captain of my school. There are four male prefects, four female prefects, a male vice captain - me, a female vice captain and two school captains, one boy and one girl. Oh, and also – I’M IN YEAR 6!!!(that was meant to be very emotional).

Not so long ago my parents and I were on our weekly walk on Sunday morning when my dad suddenly said, “Hey, can you see that writing up ahead in the sky? I think it could be a message – or a cloud”. Then me and my mum looked up and said, “No, what are you talking about”? My dad replied, “That sky writing over there. This continued on a little bit longer and then my dad gave his sunglasses to me and I put them on and I could see the writing in the sky but my dad couldn’t see the sky writing anymore and then he thought of a good joke. He whispered to me, “Ssssshhhhhhh, don’t tell anybody – I work for the Royal Highness just like James Bond. My glasses are special - I can see things that the naked eye can't with those sunglasses. I said, “Then you should be called 008”. My dad actually does kind of work for the Queen but definitely not like James Bond. He still jokes about every now and then, but seriously the glasses are kind of weird.

It’s getting kind of tiring. Almost every day, early in the morning Tinkles runs up to my bedroom door and starts meowing and tapping on it forcing me to get up. She’s still the same cat.
